Refunds Policy:

We offer a “no refund policy” on any of our products, unless it falls into one of the below bullet points: 

  • If you receive the product and it is either broken or not as advertised, & still in its packaging so it is obvious it has not been broken after delivery. (We will require a photograph showing the location and the condition of the product prior to confirming the collection and return of the goods)
  • With our garden buildings, if it is a manufacturers fault or defect in the product it is covered by a 12 month warranty, this is handled by the manufacturer who will be in contact with you directly.
  • Bags of cement cannot be returned as they are a perishable item. Return of other building materials, such as sand, is depot dependent due to the risk of contamination of the product. Please contact our team for further information.

Ornate Garden Pods refund policy:

1.1 If You discover the Goods are faulty, You must notify Us of the defect within 7 days of the date of delivery or within a reasonable period of time of discovery (if the defect was not readily apparent).
1.2 We may inspect the Goods, either by:
1.2.1 asking You to return the Goods to Us; or
1.2.2 by sending a ornategarden.com Agent in person to inspect the Goods in Your possession to assess whether the Goods are faulty.
1.3 If We agree with You that the Goods are faulty, and that the fault was not caused by Your neglect or misuse of the Goods, We will, at Your choice, replace, refund or repair (if possible) the faulty Goods at no cost to You. We will refund any reasonable costs You prove that You have incurred in returning the faulty Goods to Us. We recommend that You keep postal receipts for this purpose.

Incorrect goods:

2.4 If We send You incorrect Goods, You must notify Us as soon as You discover the mistake and within a reasonable period of time.
2.5 We will either:
2.5.1 arrange for Our carrier or ornategarden.com Agent to collect the Goods from You; or
2.5.2 ask You to return the Goods to Us by post; or
2.5.3 at Our sole option, ask You if it is convenient to return the Goods to one of Our Ornategarden.com Agents
2.6 We will either, at Your choice:
2.6.1 send You the correct items as soon as possible after receipt of the returned Goods; or
2.6.2 refund the price of the Goods and delivery unless if, following Our request and Your agreement, You return the Goods to one of Our Ornategarden.com Agents, We will replace them there. .

Paving:

You can only purchase paving straight from our online store if your postcode is: NN, MK, HP, OX, LE, CV – if it is not then please get in touch and we can help you order it over the phone… As there may be different charges altering the price. 

Once your order has been placed you will soon be contacted and provided with an exact date of delivery.

All deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway, using a tail lift vehicle. Please arrange further transportation…

“We make every possible effort to make sure your product gets delivered on the agreed date however there can be factors that will effect this date that are beyond our control. So we recommend not to hire equipment or book contractors until your product has arrived. Thanks”

Garden Buildings, Ornate Garden Pods & Garden Offices:

Once you find your ideal shed, building or office please call us to place your order as there are a few questions we need to ask about delivery and installation.

Make sure you have an acceptable sized base for the building to go on.

We take 20% of the price then the installation company will take the rest. However we will always be your point of contact if you have any queries.

Aggregates & Reclamation:

These products can be bought online through our shop, but they will need to be picked up due to either needing to pick your selection or collect the product.
